X70 is the second step in the Anabec, Inc. System of Products. Application of X70 results in an extremely durable barrier which can resist mold and mildew growth. X70 is applied after cleaning the surface with Advanced Cleaning Solution. This product is appropriate for use on previously cleaned, unfinished building material surfaces. X70 can serve as a primer for latex paints.
Anabec's X70 is a moisture barrier product specifically designed for application to unfinished building surfaces, including but not limited to framing lumber, plywood, OSB, brick, block and unfinished drywall following mold remediation. The product uses nano-technology which allows the ingredients in X70 to penetrate a material’s surface. Application of X70, following the cleaning of the surface with Anabec's Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus, results in an extremely durable physical barrier which resists moisture build-up in the material. When applied in tandem with the Cleaner by a trained applicator under the Anabec, Inc. Warranty Program, X70 carries a 30 year transferable warranty. X70 is available in 5 gallon ready to use pails.
